2. EMAIL MARKETING
We may send you emails about our site and related courses, registrations, course content, your course progress and other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the courses, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion. If you do not want to receive email marketing from Ballroom Strength, please refer to section 2.2.

When you provide us with personal information by registering on our email list, registering for a Free Preview, registering for a course on our website, making a purchase, or participating in a course, you imply that you give consent to us to collect the above given information and to use it for the above given purposes only.

2.3 HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION FOR EMAIL MARKETING
We us the third-party service Mailchimp (https://mailchimp.com) to manage our email marketing. On the Mailchimp service we keep records of the name and email address with which and the date on which you registered with Ballroom Strength.
3. DISCLOSURE
We will disclose your personal information to appropriate official bodies, only if we are required by law to do so. Otherwise, we do not share any of your personal information.
4. THINKIFIC
Ballroom Strength, its associated products and services and its website are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). Thinkific provides us with the online course creation platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data, as stated in section 1.1, is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. Thinkific stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

5. PAYMENT
If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow suitable practices, such as the use of strong passwords and 2-Factor Authentication, to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We do not use cookies on the Ballroom Strength website.
