Energy, lightness, and great movement

Build the stamina you need to be great on the dance floor

Ballroom & Latin Dancing needs a particular kind of stamina. In competitions you need to be 100% for 90 seconds and, if you're doing well, up to 120 seconds in a final. You also need to be light on your feet, to be able to move in any direction, and to change direction quickly.

The Ballroom Strength 5-Dance Stamina Programme is designed for exactly these requirements. Use the programme to develop energy, lightness, and great movement and be the last one standing at every round!

Why you need stamina training

When you dance you need a combination of skill and athletic ability (strength and stamina). By dancing you can improve your athletic ability to a limit. You can only push yourself so hard before your dance technique fails.

If you work on strength and stamina separately, you can push yourself more and improve these athletic attributes more. This process make you a better athlete. As a better athlete, you will be able to push yourself more on the dance floor.
