It’s great because there are lots of exercises, which I can pick and choose to fit my level, and I really feel the improvements already in my movement. I keep coming back to it to get inspiration for exercises and see how to step up to the next level. The guidance has been really helpful, I don't have to figure out how to improve my strength in areas I've been struggling in my dance - it's all there, put simply and easy to follow.
