We have been training with Paul from Ballroom Strength for the past six months. We can say with full confidence that it has been one of the best decisions we have made for our dancing careers. We've both noticed significant improvements in our overall health performance stamina, and recovery management. I’ve really enjoyed using this programme to add strength training to my routine. It’s great because there are lots of exercises, which I can pick and choose to fit my level, and I really feel the improvements already in my movement. I keep coming back to it to get inspiration for exercises and see how to step up to the next level. The guidance has been really helpful, I don't have to figure out how to improve my strength in areas I've been struggling in my dance - it's all there, put simply and easy to follow.
