My Seminars help Ballroom & Latin Dancers to understand exactly what they need. I teach dancers the fundamentals of strength, mobility, stability, and stamina training for great dancing.

This knowledge is designed to help dancers to avoid fitness nonsense and to make good decisions in their training.

Ballroom Strength Workshops

This is how my workshops are structured...

  • Seminar Format - I present to the dancers, using practical demonstrations from dancing.

  • Learn Fundamentals - I explain the fundamentals of movement, including what Strength, Stability, Mobility, and Stamina are.

  • Clear Misconceptions - I clarify misconceptions, like "using weights will make be bulky, slow, and inflexible".

  • Learn by Doing - I encourage dancers to practice certain movements to support their learning.
