This is how my workshops are structured...
Seminar Format - I present to the dancers, using practical demonstrations from dancing.
Learn Fundamentals - I explain the fundamentals of movement, including what Strength, Stability, Mobility, and Stamina are.
Clear Misconceptions - I clarify misconceptions, like "using weights will make be bulky, slow, and inflexible".
Learn by Doing - I encourage dancers to practice certain movements to support their learning.
